Conference Registration:
Registration fees are $499 - $649 (price is determined by date of registration).
Registration fees include admission to conference sessions; Sunday's Denim & Diamonds Welcome Reception; Monday's Keynote Speaker; Monday's Honky Tonk Customer Appreciation Dinner, and Monday - Wednesday's lunch events.
Additional attendees within the same company can qualify for a 5% to 10% discount group offer, but may not use the guest registration category. Guests are welcome to participate in Sunday's Welcome Reception and Monday's Customer Appreciation Dinner and Entertainment events. Registration fee is $125 per guest.
On-site Registration Hours:
Sunday, September 21, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Monday, September 22, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Conference Begins:
Monday, September 22 at 8:30 a.m.
or come early for our Welcome Reception, Sunday, September 21 at 7 p.m.
Conference Ends:
Wednesday, September 24 at Noon.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you must cancel your registration, we will refund your conference fee (less a $250 cancellation fee) if you cancel in writing before August 1, 2008. Because financial commitments are made based on your attendance well in advance of the conference, we regret that we cannot give refunds for any reason after this date. You can, however, transfer a registration to another employee of your company at any time. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within six to eight weeks after the conference. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows.
